Calling the Sea was published 7 years after his Saltwater Sky book.
The magnificent color variations are gathered revealing the unique moments, some peaceful, some dramatic,  shown from the ocean. The photographer's  relationship with the ocean are even closer now that one gets an impression that all he has to do is capture it. The photo book is accompanied by essays by Natsuki Ikezawa, an award winning novelist.
